Hi,

after giving you an overview of the upcoming changes in our intro email (you can read it here), today I want to focus on three entirely new features that we're introducing with Mable 2.0.

 

Post-Purchase-Survey

The PPS completes the attribution models and can be used to optimize tracking. At launch, the survey will be available at checkout, providing insights into the customer's key touchpoint. In the future, you’ll be able to add more questions, with fully customizable questionnaires and corresponding analytics for the results.

 
Attribution

"You have the data, so... why don't you display it?" This question will now be a thing of the past in our calls. At launch, the available models will be Last Click, Post-Purchase Survey and a combination of the two. More models, like First Click and Data-Driven, will follow. Additionally, we’ll send the data to ad accounts so that the algorithm can use it to optimize campaigns.

 
Analytics (Finanzen & Zielgruppen):

In addition to a wide range of marketing features, we’re introducing comprehensive analytics. KPIs like CAC, LTV, AOV, retention rates and profit margins will allow for detailed evaluations of various channels and target audiences.

 

Attribution, analytics and PPS will give you a significant advantage in managing your channels and campaigns, possibly making some tools you currently use unnecessary. But that’s not all. We’re combining these features with our USP of sending data back into the algorithms, establishing an entirely new level of optimization: Algorithm Data Optimization (ADO).

What exactly this means and the specific benefits it will bring to you will be the focus of our next email. Additionally, we’ll give you insights into our collaboration with Meta and show you the feature we're making available to the European market for the first time.
